AZO Digital - ESB4000

Converter ECO Solar Boost MPPT-4000 LCD GRID allows the direct use of photovoltaic panel systems to power resistive heating devices such as electric boilers, radiators, heating mats, etc.

The system is simple, only requires connecting the appropriate amount (from 4 to 9 pieces) typical photovoltaic panels about working voltage from 32V to 50V or the right amount of others, and an energy receiver, e.g. electric boiler, underfloor heating.

The direct current generated in panels, which cannot directly power heating devices, stays in the converter converted to alternating currentwhich can already be powered by heating devices.

Maximum system power is 4kW, the converter has AC output to which the energy receiver is connected.

Additionally, converters is equipped with an AC power connection from the 230V network which, in the event of a lack of energy from the PV system, allows the receivers to be powered directly from the power grid.

This arrangement ensures that the water in the boiler is heated even when it is not possible to obtain solar energy from PV panels.
Thanks implemented MPPT function, the converter will automatically adapt to
heater power will set its work point anyway so that the energy received from the solar panel system is maximum.
